Sandy Howard, NP-BC

With 18 years of experience in the practice of psychiatry, my philosophy for prescribing medication incorporates evidence-based science, and wellness... the connection of mind, body and spirit. I understand how the brain and the body influence one another in a delicate balance of mental and physical health. I take the time to assess what influences your unique concept of self, your strengths, your vulnerabilities, and your outlook on life. The right medication can help ease symptoms so you can restore the balance you need to pursue a fulfilling, meaningful, and successful life.

"Out of your vulnerabilities will come strength."
